This consultation allows more time for a detailed assessment of pre-sent blood work, functional and other tests, as well as additional time to drill down into potentially complex health issues.

You'll be asked to complete and return an intake form emailed to you before our consultation along with any recent blood or other tests, for my prior review, so that we get the best out of this appointment.
